Manager, Know Your Customer – KYC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Supervising customer KYC, onboarding, and periodic review procedures

• Manage case loads across various workflows to ensure timely execution and consistent compliance with service-level agreements (SLAs)

• Oversee the quality of Customer Risk Acceptance memos

• Lead and mentor a team of KYC analysts

• Identify, design, and implement AI-driven improvements to KYC workflows

• Collaborate with Commercial teams and serve as a point of escalation for complex issues

• Keep track of regulatory, enforcement, and industry developments in the digital asset space

⛳️ Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant experience in AML and KYC reviews for corporate clients

• 3+ years of experience in managing teams of analysts

• 2+ years of relevant experience in the cryptocurrency sector

• Proven experience utilizing AI-enabled tools within compliance or KYC workflows

• Strong leadership, relationship management, and project management capabilities

• Bachelor's degree required; a degree in a quantitative, technical, or data-oriented field is preferred

• CAMS, CFCS, CFE, or a similar certification is preferred

• Proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, and MacOS environment
