This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Reporting to the Senior Director of Key & National Accounts, the Key Accounts Manager will oversee the headquarter relationships, strategies, and performance of a designated portfolio of key account agencies and consortia.
• Own and achieve sales performance for assigned key accounts and consortia.
• Develop and implement strategic account plans to meet passenger and revenue objectives.
• Identify growth opportunities through effective data analysis and a comprehensive understanding of partner business models and capabilities.
• Act as the primary relationship manager for assigned accounts, serving as the senior point of contact.
• Conduct regular business reviews, strategy sessions, and performance assessments.
• Participate in agency events such as national conferences, top producer gatherings, luxury and river-specific events, familiarization sailings, and inaugurals, among others.
• Collaboratively develop and manage co-op marketing strategies with key accounts and internal leadership.
• Oversee the execution of campaigns, events, and promotions that are tied to measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate across functions to ensure alignment in sales, marketing, and commercial execution.
• Operate effectively within assigned budgets, ensuring alignment with ROI and commercial priorities.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
• A minimum of 3+ years of B2B sales experience.
• Preferred 5+ years of sales experience in the cruise industry.
• Strong understanding of trade sales channels within the hospitality sector.
• Excellent organizational abilities with the capability to manage and prioritize multiple projects based on business-critical needs.
• Exceptional presentation and persuasion skills, both in-person and virtual.
• Strong aptitude for problem-solving and critical thinking.
• Proven track record of success in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to effectively communicate and present information to stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.
• Proficiency in creating presentation decks and utilizing data visualization tools.
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
