This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky, +4 more states.
• Supervise the team responsible for overseeing contractual performance and compliance for complex or high-profile/critical vendors.
• Collaborate with IT leaders and vendor service delivery teams to identify changing service requirements, establish business needs, and enhance vendor capabilities.
• Track service-level metrics and performance in relation to contractual obligations and manage necessary corrective actions.
• Facilitate performance-gap analysis and resolve gaps through process enhancements, training, or other necessary interventions.
• Manage the resolution of high-severity and persistent issues/events, escalating them as needed for remediation.
• Ensure compliance with vendor-governance policies, including data access and security protocols.
• Evaluate vendor output for quality concerns and manage customer surveys and feedback mechanisms.
• Conduct formal vendor service reviews and audits as required.
• Contribute to vendor contract negotiations and align contracts with overall business strategy.
• Work in partnership with internal business stakeholders on vendor strategy discussions.
• Oversee team workflows, performance management, coaching, training, and professional development.
• Bachelor’s degree or an advanced degree where required.
• Over 8 years of experience in a related field.
• In the absence of a degree, over 10 years of experience in a related field.
• Proven experience in technology and IT delivery.
• Background in managing technology vendors, including services, software, and hardware.
• Experience in leading and developing teams of vendor management professionals.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
