Manager, IT Business Partner – Engineering, Quality

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Oversee the collaboration between R&D Engineering teams and global IT resources

• Facilitate the collection and documentation of requirements

• Create and implement innovative IT solutions

• Manage project activities and coordinate with vendors

• Perform feasibility studies and conduct cost-benefit analyses

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience

• Proficient in business analysis, including requirements solicitation and documentation

• Familiarity with IT infrastructure, such as networks and servers

• Strong project management and planning abilities

• A proactive mindset towards problem-solving

• Exceptional communication skills in English
