Manager, Influencer Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Oversee influencer campaigns from start to finish, including creator briefing, negotiation, content evaluation, go-live coordination, and post-campaign analysis for your client portfolio.

• Act as the main point of contact for day-to-day client interactions, conducting status meetings, preparing quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and ensuring clients are consistently informed about the progress of their campaigns.

• Manage account health throughout your portfolio by monitoring scope, promptly flagging any over or under-servicing issues, and proactively seeking opportunities to enhance the client relationship.

• Collaborate across departments such as Strategy, Creator, Production, and Paid teams, serving as the sole point of accountability for delivery on your accounts.

• Possess a strong understanding of data and analytics, capable of generating actionable insights and trend reports in presentation formats.

• Be prepared and willing to participate in in-person client photo and video shoots, assisting with organizational production requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably on the agency side, with a proven ability to manage campaigns independently and maintain client relationships.

• Deep familiarity with major social media platforms and a genuine connection to creator culture, trends, and platform advancements without needing reminders.

• Excellent client communication skills, capable of managing senior stakeholders, navigating challenging conversations, and maintaining healthy relationships under pressure.

• Proficiency with AI tools and the ability to integrate AI into daily tasks to enhance research, drafting, reporting, and analysis efficiency.
