📋 Description

• Drive excellence in systems and training at scale by mentoring and developing teams while fostering accountability within logistics operations.

• Take ownership of the design and implementation of logistics training strategies, including Train‑the‑Trainer initiatives that facilitate sustainable knowledge transfer.

• Serve as the authority on systems and processes for WMS‑driven operations, providing support to end users and addressing system and workflow challenges.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with IT and business leaders to facilitate system rollouts, conduct testing, manage go-live events, and ensure post-implementation stabilization.

• Convert data into actionable insights by monitoring KPIs, analyzing performance trends, and suggesting enhancements that yield measurable outcomes.

• Advocate for continuous improvement initiatives that optimize workflows, address performance gaps, and standardize best practices across various locations.

• Develop and maintain operational documentation including SOPs, work instructions, training resources, and system reference materials.

• Oversee complex implementations and manage priorities, balancing timelines, milestones, and resources to support site launches and growth.

• Guarantee operational readiness and compliance by ensuring accurate documentation, adherence to training, and system preparedness.

• Provide a strong customer-centric approach through proactive problem resolution, follow-through, and effective solutions in high-volume settings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Information Systems, or Business Administration.

• Required H.S. Diploma/GED.

• Required minimum of 7 years in systems implementation or logistics technology leadership.

• Experience in leading startup operations is preferred.

• Preferred experience with systems development and training.

• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
