Manager II, Engineering – Site Reliability Engineering

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Lead and provide guidance to engineering managers.

• Contribute to and enhance the vision for reliability.

• Assist teams in defining and implementing their roadmaps.

• Establish collaborative partnerships across engineering, security, and product teams.

• Advocate for a solutions-focused methodology and promote risk mitigation initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in managing managers within dynamic, rapidly changing environments.

• Extensive knowledge in site reliability engineering and large-scale distributed systems.

• Capable of articulating and conveying a clear vision.

• Familiarity with security practices, such as penetration testing or adversarial validation (preferred).

• Flexible leader with the ability to drive significant change.
