This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +18 more states.
• Take full ownership of all credit and collections activities for the B2B Retailer & Ads Portfolio.
• Lead a team of collectors and credit analysts directly.
• Enhance collections performance while managing credit risk effectively.
• Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and promote ongoing process improvements.
• Build and nurture a high-performing, accountable collections team.
• Implement a more rigorous credit risk framework for new B2B retail clients.
• Guarantee timely and precise accounts receivable close cycles.
• Foster trust and collaboration among cross-functional teams in retail, ads, and partnerships.
• 5–8 years of experience in accounts receivable, credit, collections, or similar finance operations, with a minimum of 2–3 years in a leadership capacity.
• Proven track record in managing and developing teams, including setting goals, performance management, and fostering employee growth.
• Established capability to manage cross-functional relationships and influence stakeholders across various business units.
• Strong understanding of SOX key controls, audit requirements, and standards for financial controllership.
• Excellent analytical skills, including proficiency in financial statement analysis and credit risk evaluation.
• Experience with accounts receivable operational approvals, including credit limits, write-offs, refunds, and payment plans.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline.
