This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls promptly and professionally to effectively perform collections activities.
• Employ negotiation and customer service skills to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Comply with all FDCPA, FCRA, HIPAA, and other relevant regulations.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Collections, Call Center, or Customer Service role.
• Proficient in entering and updating data in company and/or client systems accurately and promptly.
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong focus on customer service and deliverables.
• Willingness to demonstrate flexibility in scheduling and assignments, including regular evening and Saturday work as required by the business.
• Capacity to work effectively and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
