Manager, HR Platform Engineering – AI Enablement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Design and oversee the Workday ecosystem.

• Direct the HR integration portfolio and facilitate AI integration across HR platforms.

• Co-manage semi-annual Workday release cycles.

• Take ownership of the Workday tenant strategy.

• Act as the Workday Security Administrator, ensuring compliance and audit readiness (SOX).

• Collaborate with Workday Technical Account Management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in HR Technology with significant expertise in Workday configuration.

• Proven history of managing an integration portfolio across various HR systems (ATS, LMS, payroll, benefits).

• Experience leading all facets of enterprise integrations, with prior practical experience in Workday Studio, APIs (REST/SOAP), or middleware platforms.

• Understanding of AI concepts and experience in supporting or enabling AI initiatives within enterprise platforms.

• Proven experience in building and managing distributed or offshore engineering teams.

• Capability to convey complex technical concepts in straightforward business language.
