This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with operations across a network of over 40 Live Music amphitheaters
• Assist in decision-making related to concessions, pricing, and operations
• Provide a comprehensive range of insights and analytics services
• Enhance the efficiency, effectiveness, and resilience of the business
• Ensure that quality standards are upheld at every operational stage
• Foster innovation and promote the adoption of operational best practices
• Acquire specific knowledge about venues, including their physical layout, proposed technology, and operational procedures
• Utilize reporting standards and formats for the benefit of partners and operators
• Aid in monthly business and post-event evaluations to share performance insights and identify opportunities for improvement
• Create and implement optimal strategies for pricing, product, placement, and promotion in concessions and premium distribution points
• Convey important guest insights and potential actionable items
• Analyze and devise solutions for variable labor and sales cost management
• Test and experiment with pivots and change initiatives in collaboration with venues
• Contribute to the strategic development of new technological initiatives
• Ensure adherence to best-in-class data integrity
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and Legends stakeholders
• 2-5 years of experience in quantitative analysis, consulting, and/or client-facing roles
• Previous experience in communicating statistical results and/or complex concepts to non-technical audiences is essential
• Proficiency in using Excel, SQL, R, Python, and/or PowerBI for data analysis and visualization
• Ability to provide examples of utilizing data to address complex challenges
• Capable of managing multiple projects with a strong attention to detail
• Independent management of stakeholders and tasks, with effective time management skills
• A self-motivated individual eager to learn the business and generate proactive insights
• Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills; able to communicate effectively at all levels internally and externally
• Bachelor's or master's degree in business analytics, statistics, economics, or a related discipline
