Manager, Healthcare Data Management

📋 Description

• Evaluate client claim processing systems

• Take full ownership of analysis, testing, and documentation of business requirements

• Analyze and document intricate claim scenarios

• Maintain a high level of expertise in claims platforms

• Design, construct, and enhance ETL/ELT pipelines

• Oversee and resolve issues in ETL workflows

• Ensure the prompt and precise execution of data loads

• Partner with business stakeholders to collect requirements

• Uphold data security, governance, and compliance standards

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field

• 12 to 14 years of experience in data management

• Proven experience in integrating new client data feeds into standard ETL implementations

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities

• Conducting SQL data analysis and mapping for the development of healthcare data warehouses

• Knowledge of data integration tools and ETL processes
