This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Leading and nurturing a team of Implementation Analysts.
• Collaborating in a co-manager model to maintain a balanced workload for the team.
• Supervising the implementation process from initial intake to production.
• Serving as the main escalation point for intricate client and production challenges.
• Assisting with release cycles, which may require occasional involvement during evenings or weekends.
• Promoting enhancements across processes, workflows, and tools.
• Extensive experience with healthcare data standards, including X12 and HIPAA transactions.
• Familiarity with clearinghouse models, trading partners, and data flows between systems.
• Demonstrated capability to manage multiple simultaneous projects, priorities, and escalations.
• Over 3 years of proven leadership experience in managing and developing technical teams.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts in a business-friendly manner.
• Capacity to function effectively in ambiguous and rapidly changing environments.
• Proficient in handling high-pressure situations and customer escalations with confidence and poise.
