This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead, mentor, and cultivate a team of Investor Services Associates and Assistant Managers.
• Take ownership of team-level performance metrics, encompassing SLA adherence, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Act as a senior escalation point for intricate or high-priority customer concerns and collaborate with internal teams to facilitate resolution.
• Oversee capacity planning, workload prioritization, and resource allocation within the team.
• Advocate for process enhancement, automation, and operational control initiatives; identify opportunities for product improvement to leadership.
• Design and implement training plans for both new and current team members.
• Establish trusted, advisory-level relationships with customer leadership across the client portfolio.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Operations to ensure Investor Services priorities align with broader organizational objectives.
• Provide reports on team health, performance trends, and service risks to senior leadership.
• Actively seek out new service opportunities and convert them into operational proposals.
• 6-10+ years of experience in fund administration, investor services, or a similar financial services position.
• 2+ years of experience in people management with a proven record of developing high-performing teams.
• Extensive knowledge of investor services operations and the private markets landscape.
• Strong analytical skills with a background in utilizing data to manage team performance and inform decision-making.
• Exceptional communication skills, including experience in presenting to and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional relationships and unite teams around common objectives.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented; capable of handling competing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Proven experience in leading process improvement efforts and driving large-scale operational change.
