This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Oversee staffing, priorities, performance, and development within quality, support, and program management teams.
• Recruit, onboard, mentor, and retain team members; conduct regular one-on-ones, development planning, and performance evaluations.
• Establish accountability, escalation paths, and operational rhythms across various functions.
• Foster a culture centered on customer focus, ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Foundry leaders to align on capacity, priorities, risks, and business outcomes.
• Uphold quality standards, controls, governance, and documentation for Foundry services and deliverables.
• Assist in quality assurance, quality control, system verification, and compliance throughout integration, configuration, and testing workflows.
• Track first-pass yield, defects, escapes, rework, audit findings, and the resolution of corrective actions.
• Facilitate root-cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive measures.
• Oversee support operations from intake and triage to escalation, resolution, and communication with stakeholders.
• Monitor backlog, response and resolution performance, recurring incidents, service commitments, and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure teams have access to effective tools, runbooks, documentation, knowledge bases, and training.
• Coordinate responses to critical incidents and translate support trends into operational enhancements.
• Manage governance and execution across multiple simultaneous Foundry initiatives.
• Maintain plans that cover scope, milestones, dependencies, resources, risks, issues, and acceptance criteria.
• Provide reports on program health, quality, support readiness, risks, and outcomes.
• Lead cross-functional planning, status, risk, and readiness reviews; escalate significant issues as necessary.
• Balance commitments, priorities, capacity, and technical dependencies to ensure reliable delivery.
• Enhance program management standards, tools, and operational cadences.
• Support U.S. operations while leading the India Center of Excellence teams responsible for quality, technical support, and program execution.
• Collaborate with Engineering, QA, QMS, Operations, Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Foundry leadership on infrastructure integration, configuration, testing, deployment, and lifecycle services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Operations, Business, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered.
• Over 10 years of experience in engineering services, infrastructure integration, quality assurance, technical support, operations, service delivery, or program management.
• At least 5 years of experience leading technical or multidisciplinary service delivery teams.
• Proven track record of establishing KPIs, governance, and continuous improvement practices while managing cross-functional programs through operational handoff.
• Preferred experience with enterprise infrastructure, server hardware, hardware/software integration, or data-center and edge environments.
• Knowledge of quality management systems, system verification, engineering change management, Linux, and Windows is preferred.
• Relevant program management, IT service management, or quality certifications are advantageous.
• Strong skills in people leadership, coaching, performance management, conflict resolution, and talent development.
• Familiarity with quality assurance, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, audit readiness, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Knowledge of support operations, incident and problem management, escalation processes, and knowledge management.
• Excellent program management capabilities across scope, schedule, capacity, dependencies, and risk.
• Ability to convert technical and operational details into executive-level decisions and reporting.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, analytical, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Strong customer orientation and the ability to juggle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
