This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee, assist, and implement Oracle Financials modules within the ERP Cloud.
• Support users during daily operations, as well as month-end and year-end processes.
• Investigate and evaluate business workflows to pinpoint improvement opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with SOX by documenting system and permission modifications.
• Aid accounting team members in documenting and enhancing existing workflows.
• Keep abreast of system functionalities and monitor new releases for potential enhancements.
• Conduct user training sessions on system functionalities and processes.
• Address and resolve any system-related issues that may arise, providing prompt solutions.
• Undertake data cleansing tasks as necessary to enhance reporting and processes.
• Implement innovative solutions to complex issues as they occur.
• Strong accounting background (CPA preferred).
• Over 10 years of experience supporting Oracle, with at least half of that on Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud.
• Familiarity with financial audits and system controls.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Complete comfort engaging with finance and accounting professionals at all levels.
• Extensive knowledge of modules such as GL, GIS, AP, and Cash Management, with Procurement experience preferred.
• Understanding of Order to Cash processes is advantageous.
• Experience in supporting acquisitions and divestitures is a plus.
• Basic understanding of Role structures.
• Acquainted with OTBI and fundamental Oracle table structures.
• Proven experience in writing documentation and conducting training sessions.
• Capability to design, propose, and document dynamic solutions.
• Required experience working in end-user environments to support daily and closing activities.
• Strong capability to prioritize multiple projects and swiftly adapt to changing circumstances.
• Required experience in a Global, Multi-Entity, Multi-Currency environment.
