Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Work in partnership with enrollment, marketing, academic, and operational leaders to establish forecast assumptions.

• Create and evaluate monthly, quarterly, and annual variance analyses in comparison to budget and previous year results.

• Assist in the formulation and implementation of the annual operating budget as well as periodic forecasts.

• Spearhead the creation and ongoing enhancement of financial planning models and dashboards utilizing analytical tools.

• Construct financial models and scenario analyses to facilitate investment decisions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree is mandatory.

• 4 to 6 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or FP&A is required.

• Over 7 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or FP&A is preferred.

• Experience in the higher education sector is preferred.

• Familiarity with Workday/Adaptive Planning is preferred.
