This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
• Oversee the daily financial analysis functions in support of the MM Business Unit.
• Collaborate with Accounting Shared Services for month-end closing activities and perform variance analyses.
• Hold full P&L responsibility for the Business Unit, including sales, Direct Material, FPC, and SG&A, as well as Direct and Allocated costs.
• Prepare and deliver the Monthly Performance Review for the Business Unit to BA senior leadership.
• Lead the annual planning and quarterly forecasting processes for the Business Unit.
• Prepare and present reviews to BA senior leadership.
• Create ad-hoc financial presentations for business reviews and other executive meetings.
• Act as the primary subject-matter expert alongside the BU Managing Director.
• Collaborate closely with the business on key strategic initiatives and projects.
• Conduct profitability analyses, including IRR and payback assessments.
• Offer financial insights to evaluate risks and opportunities in meeting financial commitments; be proactive in identifying issues and proposing solutions.
• Lead the analysis and interpretation of key performance metrics, including communication to business and HID leadership.
• Connect business and functional segment activities to financial performance, summarizing insights for key leaders.
• Influence business and functional segment leaders by compiling final recommendations and presenting them effectively.
• Participate actively in business discussions, decisions, and future plans.
• Provide guidance and support to team members regarding priorities, processes, and innovative ideas.
• Collaborate with peers in the PACS finance team to enhance tools, efficiency, and deliverables to the business.
• Manage one resource responsible for accounting for a recently acquired entity.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience encompassing a wide range of financial responsibilities.
• Experience as a finance business partner with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in verbal and written communication in the English language.
• Ability to read and comprehend technical journals, specifications, and international technical standards.
• Advanced knowledge of Oracle analytical platforms or other data warehouse tools.
• Familiarity with OneStream, PowerQuery, and AI is advantageous.
