Manager – Fin OPS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Possess a functional understanding of the CPH system, related operational processes, and key resources, offering recommendations to the business regarding proposed modifications.

• Guide matrixed business partners in translating their business vision into a clearly defined project strategy and requirements.

• Take ownership of scope identification and convert requirements into user stories, guiding them through an agile systems development lifecycle with a keen interest in understanding user impact.

• Work closely with IT and leadership to oversee ongoing responsibilities related to CPH initiatives.

• Collaborate effectively with technical resources across teams on program initiatives, ensuring alignment on project scope, user stories, testing, and acceptance criteria.

• Communicate technical solutions and design trade-offs effectively to both business and technology stakeholders, providing a delivery framework that guarantees quality and success.

• Contribute to presentations tailored for project teams, stakeholders, and senior leadership, assisting in status updates and narrative development.

• Maintain comprehensive work documentation as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in supporting technical transformation or production support.

• More than 1 year of experience in technical writing, including system diagrams or complex process flows.

• Demonstrated ability to quickly grasp and understand intricate topics within a matrixed environment.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a focus on detail.

• Proven capability to manage multiple projects concurrently, with a strong sense of prioritization.

• Experience in a highly regulated industry and compliance setting.

• Established experience in designing and implementing scalable and repeatable systems-based solutions.

• Solid working knowledge of Office 365 applications.

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience is required.
