Manager, Falcon Complete

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Build, lead, and cultivate a high-performing team of Agile Delivery Leads and Senior Agile Delivery Leads through recruitment, coaching, mentorship, regular 1:1 sessions, and performance assessments.

• Collaborate with senior leadership at Falcon Complete to articulate the agile transformation strategy and uphold the strategic roadmap.

• Ensure that team execution is in harmony with the broader business objectives.

• Provide strategic guidance for technical tools and process architecture.

• Facilitate scalable workflows, automation frameworks, and reporting solutions.

• Establish performance metrics for the team and evaluate value delivery in conjunction with leadership.

• Advocate for organizational change management and promote agile best practices.

• Foster relationships with cross-functional leaders and stakeholders.

• Align agile delivery capabilities with changing business needs and eliminate systemic obstacles.

• Monitor team and organizational OKRs and deliver progress updates to leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Over 8 years of experience in agile delivery, technical program management, or technical project management roles.

• Outstanding leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Capability to influence at all levels within the organization.

• Strong strategic thinking skills complemented by hands-on execution capabilities.

• Experience with agile metrics, KPIs, and data-driven decision-making.

• Proven success in building and scaling agile teams and practices within complex, fast-paced environments.

• Expert proficiency in Atlassian tools, including JIRA and Confluence.

• In-depth knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe methodologies.

• Demonstrated experience in leveraging AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, boost efficiency, and drive business results.

• This position may require periodic alcohol and/or drug testing during employment.

• Advanced agile certifications are a plus, such as CSM, A-CSM, PSM II/III, or SAFe Program Consultant.

• Advanced Project/Program Management certifications are advantageous, including PMP or similar.

• Experience in people management, cybersecurity or SaaS, Jira global administration, and roles such as Project Manager, Program Manager, Scrum Master, or Agile Coach are considered bonus qualifications.
