This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Create loan production matrices for production personnel to enhance growth and market share.
• Discover new business opportunities and devise plans to ensure consistent performance.
• Cultivate a positive and engaging workplace through skill enhancement, coaching, and morale-boosting activities.
• Collaborate with leadership to execute the Home Loans Strategy.
• Establish business-to-business relationships with Realtors, builders, associations, and alliance groups.
• Participate in tradeshows, conferences, financial workshops, President’s Club events, and other business-related gatherings.
• Initiate promotional materials in collaboration with Marketing and other business sectors.
• Submit monthly activity reports outlining events, attendance, objectives, and business advantages.
• Develop, coach, and support the Home Loans Advisor (HLA) staff.
• Engage in, communicate, and enforce Home Loans policies and procedures.
• Maintain knowledge of pertinent state and federal laws, credit union compliance, bank secrecy, and anti-money-laundering regulations.
• Develop and uphold regulatory risk controls to ensure operational integrity and compliance.
• Travel within the region and throughout California as necessary.
• A minimum of four years in Mortgage Sales Management.
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
• Established connections and contacts within the Mortgage and Real Estate sectors.
• Up-to-date knowledge of FNMA requirements, Real Estate and Equity products, Credit Union operations, and related regulations and policies.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
• Demonstrated capability to meet or surpass individual and team service and production targets.
• Proficient oral and written communication abilities.
• Adequate manual dexterity to operate computers and standard office equipment.
• MLO/NMLS Registration is required under the S.A.F.E. Act.
• Willingness to travel weekly, both locally and statewide, using a car or public transportation.
• Corrected vision within the normal range.
• Hearing within normal limits; a hearing enhancement device will be provided if necessary.
• Capacity to work unusually long or irregular hours when necessary.
• Annual salary of $75,000.00 plus incentives.
• Incentives linked to Golden 1 team production.
