This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Reporting to the Ethics & Compliance team, play a crucial role in the planning, logistics, and execution of various engagement, training, and communication initiatives that promote an ethical culture at Activision Blizzard.
• Create and implement detailed training deployment strategies, including establishing training scope, objectives, target audience, timelines, and resource needs.
• Oversee event logistics for over 500 training sessions held annually across more than 35 office locations (and virtually).
• Keep precise records of training progress and materials, while providing timely documentation for projects.
• Manage the team mailbox and respond promptly to employee inquiries regarding training completion.
• Develop reports and dashboards to offer insights on the status of training completions.
• Assess training feedback to ensure ongoing enhancements in training effectiveness.
• Set measurement targets for strategic priorities and initiatives that align with both immediate and long-term business goals.
• Effectively facilitate engaging live virtual and in-person training sessions.
• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 8 years of professional experience.
• At least 8 years of combined experience in learning and development program and project management, ideally in Ethics and Compliance areas.
• Excellent project management, analytical, and organizational abilities.
• Proficient training facilitation skills.
• Demonstrated agility and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong integrity with a commitment to fostering diversity, inclusion, and high ethical standards in business conduct.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse range of individuals, including senior management.
• Capability to manage multiple time-sensitive priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
• Excellent judgment and discretion when handling sensitive information while maintaining confidentiality.
• A strong desire for intellectual growth and a commitment to continuous learning.
