
Manager – Ethics and Supplier Compliance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Drive and advance Coats’s ethical objectives
• Support all elements of the Group's whistleblowing process
• Ensure adherence to ethical compliance across the Group
• Assist in developing supplier code programs and ensure they progress in alignment with the 2026 plan
• Utilize ethical and audit insights to promote broader awareness and enhancements
• Collaborate with the Group Head of Ethics and Supplier Compliance to formulate, agree upon, and implement Coats' speak-up objectives
• Coordinate cross-functional teams as necessary to achieve prompt and precise investigation results and follow-up actions
• Engage with and prepare reports for the Board, GET, Divisions, Units, Functions, and other key stakeholders to provide updates on investigations and ethics program initiatives and improvements
• Proactively identify trends, ethical issues, and concerns, and collaborate with various units and functions to mitigate these risks
• Employ technology to support these efforts
• Minimum of 7 years of industry experience in internal controls/GIA and/or risk management
• Proven investigative skills
• Excellent communication skills with a strong ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
• Strong relationship management skills with stakeholders
• Ability to convey complex matters in a simple and concise manner
• Self-motivated individual who can quickly prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Capability to work independently and collaboratively with professionals at all levels within the company
