This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main IT/technical authority for Workday HCM and Workday Financials.
• Ensure the effective ingestion of Prism data from Salesforce and other external sources for headcount planning and reporting purposes.
• Assist in the configuration of Workday Financials and manage associated banking, payroll, Concur, and planning integrations.
• Oversee global colleague onboarding automation that connects Workday, Active Directory, and Freshworks.
• Lead platform initiatives and develop product roadmaps based on feedback from stakeholders.
• Maintain relationships with external support vendors, managing hours, queues, and escalations.
• Serve as the primary IT/technical authority for Salesforce while administering Sales Cloud, Data Cloud, and Marketing Cloud Account Engagement.
• Manage Salesforce integrations and supervise Copado DevOps and release management.
• Administer and enhance the Freshworks ITSM platform and its service catalog.
• Oversee Freddy AI and the Teams-based ServiceBot conversational AI.
• Maintain the onboarding/offboarding automation between Workday, Freshworks, and Active Directory.
• Support the routing of client application tickets and collaborate with the Randstad Tier 1/2 service desk.
• Manage Smartsheet administration, license rationalization, and integrations.
• Oversee Evisort for contract lifecycle management and maintain DocuSign as the platform for contract execution.
• Ensure governance, workflows, retention rules, and integrations with Workday and Salesforce for CLM.
• Administer Aha! Labs, Loopio, and other enterprise applications.
• Act as the IT liaison for Marketing, HR, and learning-platform stakeholders.
• Provide strategic guidance and rollout support for enterprise AI initiatives.
• Collaborate with Procurement on vendor pricing, contract terms, and performance oversight.
• Manage public-facing publishing for the File Format Standards project.
• Assist in vendor-related security incident responses and automate client offboarding processes.
• Maintain the data flow for headcount planning between Salesforce and Workday Prism.
• Develop and manage processes for communicating changes in enterprise applications and integrations.
• Lead and mentor a team of four.
• Establish team priorities, assess work quality, offer technical guidance, and escalate complex application challenges.
• Over 7 years of experience administering and supporting enterprise applications such as Workday, Salesforce, Freshworks, or similar platforms.
• Previous experience with contract lifecycle management platforms is preferred.
• Proven track record in leading and developing a technical support or development team.
• Strong cross-functional stakeholder management skills with HR, Finance, Commercial, and Marketing teams.
• Experience in vendor management, contract negotiation, and renewal processes.
• Familiarity with data architecture, system integration concepts, and API-based application connections.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities; capable of translating technical issues for non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in the Healthcare or Revenue Cycle Management industry is preferred.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator certification is preferred.
• Workday Pro Certification (HCM or Financials) is preferred.
• ITIL Foundation certification is preferred.
• PMP certification is preferred.
• Annual salary range of $125,000-$150,000.
