Manager, Engineering – Integrations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North America.

📋 Description

• Develop high-quality, fault-tolerant products while fostering an inclusive team environment.

• Collaborate with your team to tackle challenges, actively participate, form opinions, and advocate for engineering-specific items on the roadmap.

• Contribute at a coding level by conducting code reviews, addressing tasks to keep the team aligned, or taking charge of critical customer data concerns.

• Partner with cross-functional teams in product, design, research, business development, operations, and go-to-market efforts to create secure, compliant, and seamless onboarding and lifecycle experiences for businesses and their employees.

• Serve as a technical influencer across the organization, empowering your team to excel in their work.

• Offer technical guidance through design reviews and collaborative programming sessions.

• Foster team growth both through internal development initiatives and assisting with external recruitment.

• Promote a culture of rapid iterative development supported by experimentation and analysis.

⛳️ Requirements

• More than 2 years of demonstrated leadership and management experience.

• Technical proficiency in relevant domains, especially in the design, implementation, and maintenance of accounting integrations, data exchange systems, enterprise data management, and APIs.

• Familiarity with accounting systems and fundamental accounting principles.

• Proven capability to lead complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.

• Experience in building and successfully expanding development teams.

• A strong commitment to quality, technical excellence, and achieving results.

• Experience in designing and developing data-centric systems, including ETL and API systems.

• Familiarity with working in Scrum or Agile environments.
