Manager, E-Commerce Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Oversee incoming inventory levels to guarantee timely arrival of products and fulfillment of orders, aligned with the communicated timelines for a selected group of stores.

• Assist the D2C department in fulfilling ad-hoc requests from clients regarding store and product needs, including the review and approval of data entry by store managers during store/product launches.

• Collaborate closely with warehouse partners to enhance communication and improve processes and quality.

• Act as a champion for the consumer experience throughout all phases of project development, from ideation to post-sale engagement.

• Lead weekly meetings to convey project objectives, updates, and identify any potential obstacles.

• Generate and share regular reports on receiving, shipping, and inventory, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.

• Conduct manual reviews, reporting, and resolution of unfulfilled orders within the order management systems.

• Maintain constant collaboration and communication across various eCommerce teams to support projects and highlight issues with Customer Service, Store Management, and Operations teams.

• Be available outside of regular business hours as necessary to assist with high-security campaign announcements.


⛳️ Requirements

• A preferred Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.

• Experience in Supply Chain, eCommerce, or Software Quality Assurance.

• 2-5 years of experience in e-commerce.

• Proven ability to work effectively with diverse individuals and teams, accommodating varying personalities.

• A proactive self-starter who is eager to pinpoint opportunities for operational enhancements and documentation of processes.

• Familiarity with workflow software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, Monday.com, etc.).

• Knowledge of Shopify is a plus.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the adaptability to adjust as required.

• Skilled at thriving in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects and tasks with tight deadlines.

• Highly detail-oriented and exceptionally organized.

• Reliable with sensitive information.
