• Oversee a team of installers, coordinate resources for projects, monitor progress, enhance workflows, and guarantee that installations are finished on time.
• Establish clear expectations, objectives, and performance metrics while promoting an inclusive and positive team environment.
• Perform performance assessments and evaluations; facilitate training and skill enhancement.
• Engage in the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.
• Foster customer success by building and nurturing strong relationships with Public Safety clients, understanding and proactively addressing their needs and concerns, and ensuring timely service throughout the implementation process.
• Collaborate with engineering and internal teams to establish optimal installation practices, documentation, and hardware ecosystem improvements based on field insights. Advocate for customer needs based on feedback.
• Work with internal teams to resolve hardware and software issues.
• Travel to customer locations under various weather conditions to assemble, troubleshoot, and maintain BRINC hardware and software, ensuring adherence to building codes and safety regulations.
• Minimum of 5 years in project, operations, or resource management; at least 4 years managing personnel in a dynamic environment.
• Proficient in organizing and managing all facets of travel, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and itineraries.
• Working knowledge of electronics, low/high voltage wiring, hardware assembly, and troubleshooting; familiarity with MacOS, Windows, or Linux; basic networking skills.
• Capable of assembling and disassembling products in accordance with installation guidelines and manuals.
• Comfortable and capable of safely working at heights (ladders, rooftops, structures), lifting and carrying heavy items, and operating in various weather conditions.
• Outstanding organizational abilities.
• Self-motivated, collaborative, and an effective communicator; comfortable working independently.
• Demonstrated ability to excel in fast-paced environments, taking initiative and anticipating challenges before they arise.
• Willingness to travel 50% of the time; must live within 1.5 hours of a major airport.
• Must hold a valid US driver's license.
• FAA 107 sUAS Certification.
