Manager, Demo Engineering

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Oversee, guide, and develop a team of demo engineers.

• Collaborate closely with SE leadership to ensure alignment with the GPS roadmap.

• Manage the strategy, architecture, and upkeep of demo environments.

• Assess, choose, and implement demo automation platforms and tools.

• Spearhead the integration of AI functionalities into demo environments and tools.

• Collaborate with Product Management and Product Marketing teams.

• Construct and oversee the GPS project portfolio.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in presales, solutions engineering, or technical sales enablement within a B2B SaaS organization, including at least 1 year in a leadership capacity.

• Proven, hands-on experience with demo automation technologies and platforms.

• Strong understanding of enterprise AI concepts, including agentic AI.

• Demonstrated project management capabilities.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Strong analytical thinking skills.

• Experience collaborating across product, engineering, and marketing teams.

• Familiarity with SaaS architecture and enterprise purchasing processes.

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience.
