This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and sustain trusted relationships with NAMER Sales leaders while providing strategic advice to sellers.
• Create systems for deal prioritization and oversight, taking ownership of the entire deal flow under designated leaders.
• Manage Sales partnerships to construct commercially viable deals by assessing price, volume, and risk trade-offs within Twilio’s financial parameters.
• Direct the design, governance, and enhancement of intricate financial models and pricing structures for high-value, non-standard commercial agreements.
• Function as a player-coach for a team of analysts, overseeing deal flow and managing intricate deal tasks.
• Oversee the complete quote-to-signature process, which includes pricing and financial evaluations, order form preparation, redline assessments, DocuSign completion, and opportunity finalization.
• Work collaboratively with Product Management, Commercial Legal, Billing Operations, Order Management, and Finance teams.
• Shape policy, process, and tooling automation necessities.
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree along with at least 5 years of experience in Deal Management, Sales Operations, Sales, Finance, or Business Operations, ideally in contracting, procurement, or billing operations; or 7 years of relevant experience without a degree.
• At least 2 years of experience in direct team management.
• Capability to handle or delegate intricate, customized financial analyses.
• Ability to manage or delegate commercial customizations for strategic customer agreements, or an eagerness to learn.
• Commitment to collaborating closely with Account Executives throughout the sales process while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Detail-oriented and meticulously organized, capable of thriving in a fast-paced setting while balancing multiple tasks.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in understanding and conveying complex written concepts.
• High-integrity character that aligns with Twilio Magic principles.
• Extensive experience with Salesforce, DocuSign, CPQ systems, Conga CLM, MS Office, and/or G Suite is preferred.
