Manager, Data Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and execute data analytics strategies that incorporate AI to improve predictive analytics capabilities, enhance data quality, and facilitate strategic decision-making throughout the organization.

• Spearhead the investigation and implementation of advanced AI technologies to foster innovation in data analytics procedures.

• Ensure that data analytics initiatives are in alignment with Empower’s business objectives and regulatory requirements.

• Provide guidance and mentorship to the data analytics team, promoting a collaborative and high-performance culture.

• Manage team performance by establishing clear objectives and key results (OKRs) that align with organizational goals.

• Enhance data analytics processes to boost efficiency and effectiveness, utilizing AI to optimize operations.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders throughout the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.

• At least 5 years of experience in data analytics or related roles, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership capacity.

• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI to promote business innovation and improve data analytics capabilities.

• Experience in a heavily regulated industry, with a comprehensive understanding of data governance and compliance.
