This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement company-wide and team-specific offsite events from initial concept to onsite logistics and post-event evaluation.
• Produce run-of-show documents, liaise with vendors, and ensure inclusive participation for both in-person and remote participants.
• Oversee accommodations, outings, menu arrangements, and onsite logistics in collaboration with the Director of People Operations.
• Tailor each event based on stakeholder feedback to enhance the culture of Flourish’s teams and foster meaningful connections and team development.
• Manage travel budgets and processes, addressing inquiries or specific travel requests in accordance with Flourish guidelines.
• Lead and enhance celebrations such as work anniversaries, significant milestones, and peer recognition initiatives.
• Create an annual calendar of training, development, and wellness events in collaboration with the Director of People Ops and to support the clinical programming team.
• Design a blend of live sessions (workshops, panels, etc.) and asynchronous experiences (self-paced modules, guided challenges, team discussion prompts).
• Track attendance and engagement trends across various events and experiences.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in training, HR, events management, or a culture-building capacity.
• 2+ years of experience in managing event logistics, including hotel and vendor coordination.
• 2+ years in a position with a significant impact on culture building.
