This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +2 more states.
• Facilitate user and license management by creating and disabling user accounts, assigning permission sets, and aiding in access to integrated systems.
• Support security and compliance initiatives, including monitoring login activity, updating permission sets, and verifying field-level access.
• Oversee AI-driven sales tools and automations (such as email, chat, and CRM prompts), reporting any irregularities, performance challenges, or opportunities for enhancement.
• Revise and refresh internal Salesforce training materials to ensure documentation accurately represents current processes, features, and best practices.
• Update and maintain technical documentation, including process guides, field definitions, and configuration notes.
• Assist with the creation and modification of reports and dashboards, maintaining subscriptions, and addressing end-user reporting requirements.
• Offer frontline Salesforce support to internal users by resolving issues, answering process inquiries, and escalating complex cases as necessary.
• Conduct routine data operations, including data imports, updates, deduplication, and data hygiene tasks to uphold accuracy and consistency across the organization.
• Preferred Bachelor’s Degree.
• Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator certification.
• 2-3 years of practical experience with Salesforce (or similar platform) and CRM concepts.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Comprehensive understanding of Salesforce user management, security, and automation processes.
• Experience in supporting Salesforce integrations, AI-driven sales tools, and data operations.
• Familiarity with Salesforce reporting, dashboards, and subscriptions.
• Strong documentation capabilities for training materials and system configurations.
