Manager, Consulting – Asset & Investment Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Take charge of a small project or lead a segment within a larger engagement focused on investment management clients.

• Manage daily operations, including planning, creating deliverables, managing timelines, and updating stakeholders.

• Act as a people manager, offering guidance and constructive feedback to consultants while cultivating a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

• Share industry knowledge and insights to influence client strategies, operating models, and solutions.

• Collaborate with senior colleagues to pinpoint opportunities for additional work and assist in business development efforts.

• Work together with clients and internal teams to facilitate the implementation of operating model solutions that adhere to industry best practices.

• Support internal practice initiatives, encompassing knowledge sharing, community involvement, and recruitment activities.

• Experience in consulting within the asset and investment management sector.

• Strong skills in project and workstream management, with the capability to coordinate teams and deliverables effectively.

• Proven track record of effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders.

• Demonstrated success in mentoring and assisting junior team members.

• Experience in contributing to proposals, deliverables, and broader business development efforts.
