Manager, Compliance, Vendor Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Design, execute, and uphold the framework for contract governance and vendor management oversight, including policies, standards, and procedures.

• Carry out risk-based audits, monitoring activities, assessments, and various oversight routines across different product lines.

• Assess contract lifecycle management in relation to regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

• Identify, evaluate, and mitigate third-party and operational risks in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.

• Assist in the preparation and assessment of regulatory and corporate audits by coordinating documentation, collecting evidence, and formulating responses.

• Act as a primary point of contact for vendor and relationship managers.

• Offer guidance on contractual and regulatory responsibilities, vendor management expectations, documentation standards, issue management, and remediation processes.

• Lead and manage a team, including overseeing performance, coaching, and employee development.

• Execute additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in health care administration, compliance, business administration, public administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Over 5 years of experience in audit, compliance, third-party contracting, vendor oversight, and/or a similar field.

• Experience in healthcare management, ideally in vendor managed care or the health insurance sector.

• Familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid, Marketplace, and health plan administration.

• Project management experience involving planning, coordinating, and executing projects.

• Experience in people leadership and oversight.

• Ability to adhere to all policies and standards.
