This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Assist in the development and implementation of commercial standards and frameworks that are consistent with brand intent and strategic goals.
• Analyze performance data and insights to pinpoint gaps in demand, execution, or resources, thereby informing focus areas.
• Collaborate across functions to synchronize commercial priorities and demand strategies with brand value propositions.
• Integrate commercial standards into Brand Protection Programs (FIP, BCP, QA), training materials, and relevant policies.
• Uphold standards that preserve brand distinctiveness and quality while facilitating practical execution.
• Work alongside Operations to connect commercial and operational standards, achieving a balance between consistency and flexibility.
• Convert brand positioning into B2B enablement tools and guidance, collaborating with various Customer Service functions.
• Assist in governance, tracking adoption, and continuous improvement of standards.
• Advocate for the essentials vision and strategic framework with Hyatt colleagues at both Corporate and regional offices to ensure comprehensive support and alignment.
• At least 5 years of experience in the hotel industry, with a preference for commercial services experience supporting limited service brands.
• Experience with multiple brands is highly desirable.
• Self-motivated individual with a strong understanding of various Commercial functions such as Sales, Revenue, and Marketing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Finance, or Business is required.
• Proficient in computer applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams).
