This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.
• Take ownership and oversee the complete P&L for B2B, E-commerce, and Retail channels.
• Lead the forecasting processes on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Merchandising, and Channel leaders to evaluate performance.
• Provide comprehensive financial analysis and insights regarding sales, gross margin, inventory, and operating expenses.
• Track and analyze channel KPIs to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Assist and critically evaluate business cases for new store openings and investments in e-commerce.
• Conduct variance analysis against plans, forecasts, and prior year performance.
• Ensure financial targets are aligned with the overall commercial strategy.
• Work closely with Accounting and Shared Services to ensure timely financial closing processes.
• Create reporting tools, dashboards, and financial models for improved visibility.
• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of financial processes and systems.
• Provide ad-hoc analyses and strategic support to senior leadership.
• 6–10+ years of experience in Finance, particularly in commercial finance, FP&A, or business partnering.
• A degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; CPA, CA, CMA, or MBA is preferred.
• Extensive experience in P&L management and commercial performance analysis across diverse channels.
• Advanced analytical and financial modeling capabilities, with a solid understanding of financial statements and value drivers.
• Experience working in a global, matrixed organization with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong business partner skills, capable of influencing decisions and constructively challenging stakeholders.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and complexity, transforming data into clear insights.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and adhere to tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts.
• Proficient in BI tools and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Anaplan, Power BI).
• Proactive and solutions-oriented, always seeking opportunities for improvement.
• Demonstrates commercial acumen and curiosity, with a strong understanding of retail and e-commerce dynamics.
