📋 Description

• Oversee all components of the coding quality program.

• Track QA performance metrics for offshore coding personnel.

• Offer constructive feedback to operations teams.

• Examine review trends to pinpoint educational requirements.

• Design and execute client-specific quality assurance plans.

• Generate reports for client presentations.

• Partner with business units to meet client demands.

• 5-7 years of experience in coding.

• 1-2 years of experience in a leadership role.

• 3 years of experience in quality assurance auditing.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities are essential.

• Highly organized and focused on tasks.

• Strong analytical skills with a focus on documentation review and data assessment.

• Proven capability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
