Clinical Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Lead clinical projects independently, ensuring alignment with the study budget and scope of work.

• Act as the main point-of-contact for clients, delivering exceptional customer service and participating in proposal efforts and client presentations.

• Collaborate with the Project Team and senior management from both Precision and sponsors, including C-level executives.

• Oversee and manage all facets of clinical research trials.

• Provide comprehensive project management across all functional areas, including data management, safety, clinical operations, medical monitoring, and biostatistics.

• Prepare project status updates for clients and management, highlighting key deliverables, performance metrics, and necessary escalations.

• Actively contribute as a member of the Project Team to enhance the management and execution of trials.

• Draft and review protocols and other study documents, such as project plans, informed consents, site contracts, and budgets.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree or a similar qualification in life sciences, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Essential prior experience in a full-service/global Project Management role within the CRO industry.

• 5 to 7 years of industry experience, with a minimum of 4 years in full-service Project Management in a clinical trial environment working for a Clinical Research Organization.

• Experience managing studies in Oncology.

• A solid understanding of GCP/ICH guidelines and the clinical development process.

• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, including overnight stays.

• Proficient in effective communication in English, both written and spoken.

• Strong presentation capabilities.

• Proven computer skills (MS Office, MS Project, PowerPoint) and familiarity with software (CTMS, eTMF, EDC, IXRS).

• Demonstrated ability to cultivate positive working relationships with individuals and teams, both internally and externally.

• Core understanding of medical terminology and clinical trial activities related to the execution of a clinical development plan.
