Manager, Clinical Operations – FSP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Accountable for supervising a team or group.

• Ensure timely and high-quality performance in delivering project outcomes.

• Allocate client projects with appropriately skilled professionals.

• Foster new business opportunities by engaging in project proposals and client presentations.

• Provide clinical advice to project teams as required.

• Track performance through close collaboration with project leadership.

• Oversee team operations and ensure the efficiency of project outputs.

• Create precise resourcing plans and assess resource requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

• Act as a continuous liaison with the Project Team, Sponsor, and management regarding the performance of direct reports.

• Offer technical assistance to staff to ensure they possess necessary knowledge.

• Strive to meet and surpass client expectations by attracting, retaining, and developing a proficient team.

• Engage in formal staff evaluation processes.

• Maintain current knowledge of relevant ICH Guidelines, Good Clinical Practices, and Regulatory Agency standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant experience in monitoring/data management or equivalent clinical research experience.

• Strong comprehension and knowledge of the clinical trials landscape.

• Possess a degree (preferably in biological science, pharmacy, or another health-related field) or an equivalent nursing qualification or relevant clinical experience.

• Proficient in the local language and written English.

• Oral proficiency in English is preferred.
