This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead, mentor, and cultivate a team of over 5 Onboarding Specialists, fostering accountability and a high level of client service.
• Take ownership of the complete implementation strategy and lifecycle—from project planning frameworks to successful go-live execution.
• Act as the escalation point and primary liaison between veterinary clinics and internal teams, ensuring a smooth and consultative onboarding experience.
• Establish team-wide project objectives, success metrics, and delivery standards that align with client requirements and business goals.
• Assist clinics in navigating complex migrations of existing workflows onto a new platform, offering both strategic guidance and hands-on support as necessary.
• Develop, enhance, and scale project management processes, templates, and tools utilized by the team.
• Supervise training delivery and aid your team in resolving configuration issues, data imports, and integrations.
• Maintain transparent, executive-level communication with internal stakeholders and client leadership to ensure alignment and clarity.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to shape the implementation workflow and advocate for the needs of clients and your team.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required.
• Over 4 years of experience managing complex software implementation projects, ideally in a SaaS or tech-enabled services setting, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and nurture high-performing teams in a dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage team workloads across multiple simultaneous client projects.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills for engaging with both technical and non-technical audiences, including executive stakeholders.
• Proficient in project management tools and experienced in developing scalable processes, timelines, and reporting frameworks.
• Experience in working with clinics, healthcare providers, or other medical environments is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed (up to 10–15%).
