Manager, Category Finance, FP&A, Meals, Innovation & Sustainability

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Slovakia.

📋 Description

• Oversee and implement components of the financial planning and performance management process, including the Strategic Plan and Annual Contract planning/forecasting, target establishment, financial performance reporting/analysis, financial modeling, and decision support for a designated area within a region, business unit, country, Supply Chain, Mondelēz International Business Services, or Corporate Finance team.

• Take ownership of data collection and ensure data integrity.

• Maintain a robust controls and compliance framework within your area of responsibility and guarantee adherence to our policies.

• Assist the senior manager and the business in preparing essential financial data and insights that inform business strategies and decisions, as well as conduct ad hoc analyses upon request.

• Drive initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiencies and improving work practices while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

• Contribute to a high-performing Finance team.

• Collaborate closely with the Marketing Excellence and PCM team on our Innovation agenda across all categories.

• Oversee sustainability financials and work in partnership with our Senior Director of Sustainability MEU and Procurement Finance Director.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Finance, with a preference for Category and FP&A knowledge.

• Strong analytical, critical thinking, listening, and communication abilities.

• Excellent presentation skills.

• Proficient in problem-solving, multitasking, and influencing various departments.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and well-organized.

• Highly proficient in Excel.

• Adaptable and resourceful in responding to new demands and challenges.

• Familiarity with Finance systems (FIT, BI) and advanced proficiency in MS Excel.

• Fluent in English.
