• Conduct research on potential donors, focusing on high-value prospects and specific PAC inquiries.
• Monitor fundraising totals and expenditures for LEE candidates and their opponents.
• Assist the Directors of Candidate Development in formulating high-quality campaign strategies, including remote voter file and targeting support for campaigns.
• Generate targeting reports and set up data for new candidate collaborations.
• Provide fact-checking, personal research, opposition research, rapid response, and landscape research as needed by the Elected Leadership Team.
• Collaborate with Senior Directors of the Elected Leadership Team to scale efforts, ensuring that candidate support is accessible to all LEE candidates.
• Oversee daily operational workflows by conducting focused research.
• Perform tactical administrative tasks to uphold organizational systems and keep significant projects on schedule.
• Create and update campaign templates, guides, and resources to support multiple campaigns.
• Participate in team-level, organization-wide, or cross-team special projects as assigned by the manager or their designee.
• Provide temporary coverage for other Manager-level responsibilities during leaves, vacancies, or PTO.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of professional experience (If you do not possess a Bachelor's degree, an additional 4 years of relevant experience is required.)
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years of relevant experience in candidate research or campaign experience for a minimum of 1 cycle.
• Exceptional attention to detail in a fast-paced virtual environment.
• Proficient in data systems, with the ability to track and analyze metrics efficiently and effectively.
• Team-oriented and adaptable professional with a collaborative approach.
• Strong ability to communicate and collaborate effectively within a geographically dispersed team.
