Manager, Campaign Support and Operations – Temporary

📋 Description

• Perform research on potential donors, focusing on high-value prospects as well as targeted PAC investigations.

• Monitor fundraising amounts and expenditures for LEE candidates and their opponents.

• Assist the Directors of Candidate Development in formulating effective campaign strategies.

• Generate targeting reports and set up data for new candidate collaborations.

• Conduct fact-checking, self-research, opposition analysis, rapid response tasks, and landscape research.

• Support the Senior Directors of the Elected Leadership Team in scaling efforts.

• Oversee daily operational workflows by executing focused research tasks.

• Carry out essential administrative duties to uphold organizational systems.

• Create and refresh campaign templates, guides, and other resources.

• Participate in team-level, organization-wide, or cross-team special projects as assigned.

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, including candidate research or campaign involvement for at least one cycle.

• Exceptional attention to detail in a dynamic virtual setting.

• Proficiency with data systems, including the effective tracking and analysis of metrics.
