Manager, Business Planning

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Delivers strategic and financial insights, aiding all business units and support departments.

• Performs financial analyses to uncover risks and prospects.

• Establishes KPIs and guarantees the precise creation of budgets and forecasts.

• Oversees overall performance compared to the established plan.

• Manages and leads the budgeting and forecasting processes.

• Works collaboratively with internal finance teams and external stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

• Attainment of a recognized professional accounting qualification.

• 6-8 years of progressive experience in financial analysis and accounting positions.

• Minimum of 5 years in a management or leadership capacity.

• Experience with Financial Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and business intelligence tools.

• Preferred experience with SAP and Anaplan.

• Background in a retail setting, managing multi-location operations, and handling remote relationships is preferred.
