This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Acts as the operational backbone for both the Global Partnerships and Global Sales teams at Legends Global.
• Responsible for creating and implementing scalable, repeatable systems that alleviate administrative tasks for sellers.
• Functions as a vital link between executives, sellers, and centralized resources.
• Manages structured reporting, supports forecasting, deal modeling, finance connectivity, legal liaison, and HR onboarding processes.
• Covers the entire sales funnel from pre-partnership pipeline engagement to signed contracts, onboarding, and ongoing invoicing and performance monitoring.
• 3-5 years of experience in business operations, sales operations, or revenue operations, preferably within a high-growth, global organization.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
• Proven expertise with Salesforce CRM, including maintaining pipeline hygiene, configuring reports, and managing processes.
• Established history of developing operational frameworks that support teams on a large scale.
• Experience managing forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting in collaboration with FP&A teams.
• Previous involvement with legal contract workflows, HR onboarding processes, and cross-functional stakeholder management.
• Background in sports, entertainment, venue, or experiential industries is a significant advantage.
