Manager, Biostatistics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Ensures that the Biostatistics department adheres to timelines and delivers high-quality outputs.

• Manages the development of direct reports by establishing objectives and overseeing performance.

• Prioritizes tasks across Biostatistics projects and aids in resolving project conflicts.

• Assists in assigning Biostatisticians to various projects.

• May lead or contribute to projects spanning multiple studies or programs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Responsible for hiring, managing, and nurturing biostatisticians within the designated department.

• Engages with clients and other departments to ensure client satisfaction.

• Develops standard operating procedures (SOPs) and guidelines for the department.

• Accountable for staff development, training, and retention initiatives.

• Facilitates succession planning and promotes a diverse Biostatistics workforce.

• Conducts senior reviews of project deliverables and provides training for Biostatistics associates.
