This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

• Develop the strategy and roadmap for AI and automation deployment across HR and enterprise platforms.

• Implement AI, agent, workflow, and automation use cases that align with HR and digital initiatives.

• Collect requirements, build and configure solutions, conduct testing, and oversee deployment of implementations.

• Configure and deploy AI and automation functionalities within SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, Microsoft Copilot agents, and various other tools.

• Collaborate with IT and vendors to ensure compliance with integration, data usage, and security standards.

• Assist in process redesign to incorporate AI and automation into HR and enterprise workflows.

• Work alongside HR Operations and Centers of Excellence to ensure solutions align with standardized processes and operational models.

• Implement change and adoption strategies, including training sessions, communications, and user enablement resources.

• Monitor user feedback and adoption patterns, addressing risks and identifying areas for improvement.

• Track delivery milestones, adoption statistics, and operational performance metrics.

• Ensure that implementations adhere to data privacy, security protocols, and responsible AI practices.

• Propose ongoing enhancements based on user engagement and results.

• A graduate degree in any discipline.

• 5 to 7 years of relevant experience.

• 2 to 3 years of experience specifically in AI.

• Proficiency with Copilot & Joule Studio, Claude, SuccessFactors, WalkMe, ServiceNow, and other HCM, AI, and automation tools.
