• Manage the complete relationship with external Retail Media agencies, encompassing scope, operational processes, and accountability.
• Establish routines with the Retail Media agency to ensure excellence in Budget Management aligned with overall performance.
• Guarantee alignment of priorities, timelines, project delivery, and performance expectations with the Retail Media agency.
• Develop and implement a standardized Retail Media operational model across internal Kraft Heinz teams to enhance cross-functional collaboration (i.e., Marketing, Sales, eCommerce, Finance).
• Create scalable processes for budgeting, reporting, billing, campaign workflows, and measurement to minimize fragmentation and expedite time to market.
• Collaborate with Business Units and eCommerce to translate business priorities into effective Retail Media strategies.
• Synthesize complex media strategies and performance data into clear, actionable insights tailored for diverse audiences, including senior leadership.
• Deliver regular updates to leadership and key stakeholders regarding retail media performance, capabilities, insights, and future opportunities.
• Contribute to the development of the long-term retail media capability roadmap, including tools/technology, talent, processes, measurement, and partnerships.
• Over 5 years of experience in Retail Media, Commerce/eCommerce, Shopper Marketing, and/or Digital Media.
• Hands-on experience managing media agencies or retail media partners, including setting scope, defining KPIs, and managing performance.
• In-depth understanding of media operations, including budgeting, reporting, billing, and governance.
• Demonstrated ability to align multiple stakeholders with competing priorities through influence and structured methodologies.
• Capacity to identify and implement new operational methods that inform broader structures and processes.
• Strategic thinking combined with execution skills to connect media initiatives to business objectives (sales, market share, growth).
• Experience with Retail Media Networks (e.g., Walmart Connect, Amazon Advertising, Kroger Precision Marketing, etc.).
• Preferred background in media strategy and buying within retail or digital media environments.
