📋 Description

• Collaborate with research teams to identify and bridge knowledge gaps in management consulting and corporate strategy subjects.

• Establish and uphold high-quality annotation standards that align with consulting methodologies and frameworks.

• Create comprehensive evaluation rubrics to evaluate strategic reasoning, case analysis, and advisory judgment.

• Assess consulting-related tasks and solutions, offering clear and actionable feedback.

• Aid in enhancing AI model performance through specialized domain knowledge.

• Work alongside other subject matter experts to guarantee consistency, rigor, and accuracy across datasets.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of professional experience in management consulting or corporate strategy.

• Experience at a top-tier consulting firm or an equivalent in-house strategy role within a large organization.

• Proven career advancement (e.g., Analyst → Consultant → Engagement Manager or Partner-track equivalent).

• In-depth expertise in at least one consulting domain, such as strategy, operations, M&A, digital transformation, or financial advisory.

• Strong analytical thinking, structured problem-solving abilities, and sound business judgment.
