This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Build and nurture relationships while facilitating peer group meetings for commercial construction CEOs and executives.
• Gather and analyze financial data from peer group members.
• Collaborate closely with host companies to prepare for peer group meetings.
• Coordinate with other PCA staff to ensure smooth meeting preparation, logistics, and follow-up.
• Conduct peer group meetings punctually, staying on topic and maintaining high quality.
• Hold peer group members accountable for implementing group recommendations.
• Provide limited one-on-one consulting to assist peer group members in achieving their goals.
• Actively pursue one-on-one consulting opportunities within assigned peer groups.
• Offer additional one-on-one consulting as required.
• Adhere to PCA's established procedures and best practices for peer group facilitation and one-on-one consulting, contributing to the ongoing enhancement of these processes.
• Keep accurate records of members and clients.
• Work closely with other departments to enhance member experience and lifetime value.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of the peer group program operations manual.
• Perform other assigned duties.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in consulting with closely held business owners.
• Background in owning or operating a commercial construction business.
• Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset in identifying needs, solving problems, and anticipating issues while developing solutions.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality work and service within established timeframes.
• Ability to communicate effectively as a peer with highly successful and assertive CEO members.
• Exceptional performance both as a team member and an individual contributor.
• Personable and highly responsive to inquiries.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Strong and articulate communication abilities.
• Entrepreneurial spirit.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• Comfortable and capable with web-based applications integrated into PCA's established processes and best practices.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• A total of 10 years of business experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
